Surrounded by nature and the most amazing facilities, this is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with your family or partner without the distractions of the bustling city. The resort offers so many activities, services and tours! They offer a breakfast buffet which has a wide range of local dishes to continental breakfasts too!

Nothing, I absolutely loved it here with my family. I just wished we had more time to explore the resort grounds and the activities.

Location: 5/5 Tucked away in the midst of a tropical rainforest, Padma Resort Ubud provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of busy streets. The resort's strategic location offers a quiet and secluded haven, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding greenery. Pool and Bar: 5/5 The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning pool that overlooked the lush tropical rainforest. It served as a captivating oasis of serenity, and the swim-up bar was a delightful touch. The bar's inventive drinks, infused with local flavors, added a unique and refreshing twist to our poolside relaxation sessions. Sipping on these creative concoctions while taking in the mesmerizing views made for truly unforgettable moments. Staff and Service: 5/5 The staff at Padma Resort Ubud were not only professional but genuinely lovely, creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile enhanced our overall experience, making us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. Dining Experience: 5/5 The culinary offerings at the resort were a gastronomic delight. Each meal was a journey of flavors, showcasing the richness of Balinese cuisine. Accommodation: 5/5 Our room was a sanctuary of luxury and comfort. Spacious and elegantly designed, it surpassed our expectations. The oversized bathroom added a touch of opulence, creating a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

The resort facilities are great, the location is far from any city center, it’s great for travelers who want just to relax inside the hotel

Everything was great except one incident at the pool restaurant, My wife and I went for swim at the pool then ordered two juice drinks. As we were swimming, we didn’t carry the wallet with us, the lady who got the bill for us asked for the room number to add the bill on our account, she returned back and said sorry you have to pay either by cash or card. I had to sent my wife to the room to bring my wallet and I had to wait nearby so they can secure that my wife will come back with the wallet. That’s definitely gave us a feeling of being considered as untrustworthy.

Great location right in the heart of the Ubud 'jungle'. The setting, property, hotel and pool area was spectacular. The staff were friendly and attentive and polite. The rooms were spacious. It was so relaxing and we can't wait to go back for a longer stay next time.

The infinity pool is amazing and the environment of the whole place is beautiful. Really good food! We took the morning yoga class and it was something out of a movie.

The valet staff that help you get taxis were not completely honest. They clearly were trying to get us to spend money on more expensive hotel transportation. They told us that we had to wait an hour for transport to arrive to pick us up. As they were saying that, we saw a car dropping off other guests. We asked the staff about the car and they said that the car is the other guests' private car so we can't get it. So at this point, we took things to our own hands and asked the car driver if he can take us to where we need to go. Turns out, the guy was a taxi driver that was able to take us. This showed me that the staff was not willing to call up local taxi drivers to help us out (I guess because they weren't making as much money). Big no no. Honesty is best policy. I expect 5 star service, not service that tries to make money off me at every possible opportunity. When we were loading our luggage to the taxi, the valet staff stood there stunned at what was happening. tsk tsk. The only reason why this place is not a 10 for me.

Remote location, restaurant area, quality of food at fhe restaurant, overpriced food for the quality, most staff struggled to understand english

Price is a little high taking Bali standards in to account, but it’s for a resort it is not bad

Staff was amazing!! Very helpful, kind, respectful and smiley. The surroundings of the resort were just breathtaking. The pool was one of a kind. Everything in general was spectacular!!

The surroundings were amazing, really nice staff, fantastic swiming pool and SPA, great kitchen and the nicest viewings ever. The rooms were very nice and spacious, super clean and well equipped.

One of the most beautiful hotel territories I’ve ever seen. The hotel is large with big amount of rooms. Large infinity pool, very spacious property. Breakfasts are very good, good choice of dishes.We enjoyed our stay, didn’t want to leave)

Just WOW. Their attention to detail is remarkable: from the complimentary activities (excellent biking tour!) to the huge breakfast and the incredibly welcoming staff. We ended up spending the day in the hotel instead of visiting Bali because it was so amazing!

The hotel is remote which is great, but it takes 2h from the airport and 40 mins from Ubud - totally worth the ride though. Also, just beware when looking for taxi from the airport: we found a cheaper option than the one they suggested (400k instead of 600k)

That you had to lay a deposit unstead of having your room charged automatically etc buying a drink frm the pool or room service you need to put down a deposit they already have your credit card so this is a waste of everyones time also no nrl channel for sports this should be standard as most guests are australian

Absolutely amazing breakfast! Everything you could ever want! Beautiful rooms with amazing bathroom! Super friendly helpful staff. Pool with the best views I have ever seen! And also an amazing afternoon tea included which I wasn’t expecting! Overall incredible! Worth the splurge!
